Cancellation Policy

In the event that a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will not be charged any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $40. This fee is necessary to cover the time and resources allocated for the appointment that will not be recoverable due to the late cancelation. If the client fails to show up for the scheduled appointment and does not provide any notification of cancellation, they will be charged the full fee for the appointment. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so please don't hesitate to contact me if you need to cancel or reschedule. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a fair and reasonable cancelation policy.
